Hauora

From the weeks gone by Me and my Partner Mishaan has been focusing on Hauora. We both have been learning how to take each others pulse and the meaning of Hauora. We had to learn and understand what Hauora is and what it means to athletes from past and present.

E-ako Maths Fractions

This is my screenshot that shows what I have been learning about Fraction. For maths I have been learning to equal and divide fractions. What I had to do was choose the top or bottom to fit into the squares. I have completed this set of fractions symbols. I have learnt how to split up a number of equal parts and divide and share the total number in groups.

Current Events / Olympic Spirit

This is my Current Events that I have been learning about today. This current is about a New Zealander called Nicki Hamblin who helps a Unit States woman named Abby D' Agostino. This was caused by another runner who tripped one of the other runners, by coming from behind. Abby D' Agostino was found with a broken Legiment located on her Knee. I think the Author wanted us to learn that taking a chance to look around and care for whos' ever needing your help. And if you see someone around you if they fell help them back up.

Run, Jump, Throw Sport With Andi

Today we have been learning about Long Jump with our Sport Teacher Andi. We learnt to keep our legs bent and swing our arms,  for a good land. The way we had to land was in a motorbike position. When you are using the motorbike position you have to swat down and keep two arms straight in front you.

Olympic Art

Today we had learning about the Olympic Art. We had a challenge to focus and use sportsmanship to each other in our team to complete our task. Next we had to work as a team and collaborate using our strength to help others. We design our background then use black pva glue for the lines to make it stand out. We then had to glue on our black silhouettes to our master piece. 

Ancient and Modern Olympics Presentation

This is my group and I Presentation about the Olympics. We as a group worked collaboratively to show that we have been learning about Ancient and Modern Olympics. The reason why we did this was because it's the Olympic Rio 2016. We had to use all facts that must be written in our own words.

Current Events / Homeless

This is my Currents that I have focused about Homeless people. The purpose was to make people think that homeless people counts in life. This is about a Big Sleep out held at AUT. This shows that lots of people participated to show that they care and wanted to help homeless. I feel like I need to make a change. We all need to change and care for each other around us.
