Student Leader Nomination
It would be a privilege to be a Sports Leader for Panmure Bridge 2016. I show a lot of team spirit, I have a confident voice and I love participating in a lot of sport. As a part of my role I will help those who need help to take challenges to make them grow. I enjoy playing sports. I show confidence, attitude, respect, and excellence and innovation. I think that being a sport leader would not just be having fun and just enjoying yourself, it’s about being confident enough to step up and take part in sport and help out if anyone needs help.

Maths Quick Writes
Does solving maths problem only happen in Maths?
Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Solving maths problem can not just happen in maths it can happen outside the bubble.
When you are at a shop and you needed to calculate up your supplies altogether. You can find a solution to help you figure out what the problem or you can use maths language like if I should add up my groceries, should I subtract my groceries, or should I multiple my groceries.
Sometimes people figure out the answer just like that but likely sometimes the answer can be wrong that when you're adding up number in your head or something you can lose count or lose your solution. Rather than finding out the answer it also about using a strategy that is helpful or explain out the problem.
This is my problem solving, I had to show my thinking and my opinion if solving maths problems only happen's in maths. My answer was No because we do maths in school but solving maths problems can happen outside the bubble like where you go that maybe involves numbers like when you are adding, subtracting, or multiplying the price up together.I have worked collaboratively with my partner Jasmine. We had to comment on each other's slide to give them feedback and advice.

Choosing a flag
As you can see above this is my group's DLO that we created on a Google Drawing. My group was Tim, Tiare, June and I. First we had to do 4, 3 , 2, 1. 4, 3, 2 , 1 is a cycle of your thinking. Four is reading the of all flags information for four minutes, Three is to find a partner to share your thinking with each other for three minutes, Two is find another partner and repeat your choice to each other for two minutes & One is when your first partner and you joins another partner creates on any particular DLO to show your information and thinking. I have chosen
( Silver Fern , Red, White, Blue ), because it is similar to the original flag , and the blue represents the blue sky and the blue sea which brings peace to the world.

Term Four Reply Letter
LI: To reflect on personal goals set in Term 1.
Wow! 2015 has been a good year. I was really impressed with myself, sometimes I fall but I get back up and even try to get along with others. It was an amazing year, and guess what I have been learning something new in maths. Did you know that when you are doing factors in maths you need a whole number to share the number evenly. In writing I have improve some skills, learning draft, and making my story with more detail.
I was really happy with myself that I had presented in assembly and even been brave enough and be in manaiakalani movie, I have been in inter sports this year. We have been sharing our learning in groups and partners and get to share individually what we need to work on next year - (To learn my multiplication and place values). Throughout this year I have been learning my multiplication and learning more strategies to help me solve by question which is a it challenging. It was just an amazing year.

Science
My group and I have created this slide on a presentation. Today after tech, the year 8's and year 7's traveled to Tamaki College. We had Science with Mr Malhotra. Each of one of us had to introduce our self, our year level, and what we want to learn during the process of Science, Electronics and Physics. We learned about what kind of experiment we would like to create. We had to split into two groups and discus our learning together. We had to name three things like what is different to Tamaki College school Science lab compared to our normal class at school. What we all enjoy learning about finding out things that we don't know about and even though you think if your making a good idea it's OK to make some crazy idea up to.

Maths Problem Solving - Beat the Clock
This is my Maths problem game that I have screenshot. This game is called beat the clock. This game is challenging because as soon as you play this game something comes from the top all the way down and if you don't answer the question fast enough it means your out. I think this game can help me learn maths quick as I can because it test you how fast you can beat the clock.
